Two men including a doctor drown in Seethanadi

Hebri, Feb 26, 2024: Two persons including a doctor drowned in Seethanadi at Nellikatte Cross near Hebri on Sunday evening.
The deceased are Dr Deepak (34) and Sinu Daniel (40), a businessman from Shivamogga.
Daniel had come to Hebri from Shivamogga along with his friend Dr Vincent M C Mohan. They were joined by Dr Deepak. All the three had headed towards Someshwar but had stopped enroute to take a dip in Seethanadi. Daniel it is learnt drowned first and Deepak had rushed to his help and in the process he too drowned. Meanwhile Dr Vincent managed to reach the banks by clinging on the roots of a tree.
Hebri Police have registered a case.
