Mangalore, May 1: Rotary Club, Mangalore South and Edu-care Education Trust (R), Mangalore has jointly organized ‘Education Fair 2010 at Milagres Hall on May 1.

The events pertaining to education are being organised off and on in the most literate state Kerala said DR Mohan Alva, Chairman, Alva’s Education Foundation, after inaugurating the mega education mela. He has also said the task of teachers and parents in matters pertaining to CET applications and the like as well.


The parents must have the capacity to identify the interests of their children said Rtn. Gopal K Shetty, Secretary, Rotary Club-Mangalore South.


Rtn. PHF. Krishna Shetty, Rotary District Governor 2008-09, presided over the function and Rtn. Ashok Kumar B, President, Rotary Club-Mangalore South, welcomed the gathering.


The two days fair will provide career guidance programme for the students  studying in SSLC and PUC. On the first day of career guidance programme, the sessions like Defence, Company Secretary and ICWA, Chartered Accountancy, MBA, Animation Career Seminar, Fisheries Science and agriculture Science will be held.


Civil Service and State and Central Government Undertakings, Medical Education, and Animation Career Seminar will take place on May 2.
