Two arrested for failing to deliver items ordered via Amazon

Puttur, Nov 30, 2016: Reports say that the Puttur town police have arrested two people, for allegedly duping people by not delivering items ordered online.  Those arrested were Chethak and Preetham while Ajaychandra, Vitesh, Hitesh, Anand and Mohammad are said to be absconding.

Amazon India’s online agency Roban Bridge, Puttur had received articles for delivery to customers. However, the accused failed to deliver the parcels received during September 2016; they instead sold the articles to others. Amazon India filed a complaint that the company had been cheated to the tune of Rs 14,48,000.

The accused were produced before Puttur court and were remanded to judicial custody.

All these are cheap thinking if you dupe the customer on line or directly you will be traced and have to face the consequences where ever you are .
