Tourist bus rams into roadside boulder, killing 9 in Karkala

Karkala, Feb 15, 2020: In a tragic incident, a tourist bus hits roadside boulder in Karkala which killed 9 including six men and 3 women on Saturday, February 15.
Reports said that the bus carrying 35 passengers was plying from Mysuru towards Mangaluru. As the driver lost control on the vehicle and rammed into the roadside boulder. 7 Passengers died on the spot whereas 2 others breathed their last on the way to the hospital. The injured are being treated at Manipal hospital.
The deceased are identified as employees of Century Vital Records Pvt Ltd based in Mysuru.
