Three drug peddlers arrested ; cocaine worth Rs 2.4 lakh seized

Mangaluru, Oct 14, 2019:  CCB Police and the Narcotics and Economic offences  police station personnel  have in a joint operation arrested three persons who were   attempting to sell cocaine  in the city.

The arrests were made near the railway staff quarters at Kankanady junction.  Cocaine weighing 30 grams and valued at Rs 2.40 lakh has been seized from them. A car belonging to the accused has also been seized.

Those arrested are Fasim Naushib (25) of Falnir, Afzal Hussain (28) of Manjeshwar Kunjattur and Zahid (26) of Falnir.
