Teaser of "Virupa" directed by Punik Shetty released

Mangaluru, Feb 08 2018: The teaser of Kannada children’s movie "Virupa" directed by photographer Punik Shetty and produced by businessman Daphne Neethu D’Souza was released at a function held at a private hotel in the city on February 7, Wednesday.
Speaking after releasing the teaser, eminent environmentalist Dinesh Holla exuded confidence that watching the film which was mostly shot at the picturesque Hampi would be an amazing experience. The movie story revolves around three children, he added.
Director Punik Shetty who spoke on the occasion, said children who were new to acting were trained for this movie and that roles of hearing and visually impaired kids have been done by differently-abled kids themselves.
The movie has been shot using sync sound method, he said adding the final shooting will be held at France and Goa by next month.
Executive Producer Dikson Jackie D’Souza, Avinash Kavoor, Kiran Shenoy were also present .
