Swede, 62, hops on 86-year-old Ford car, drives around the world

Mangaluru, Nov 17, 2016: An enterprising Swede is on a world tour on a four-wheeler. While he is in his 60s, his car is in it’s 80s, the Ford A 1930 model which promises to give him the adventure he seeks on this trip.

Goran Kynning, 62, who has travelled through more than a dozen countries, starting from his home in Stockholm, Sweden. " My world tour is planned to be special and adventurous.  I have this 86 year-old happy car taking me along the world map. I took nearly four years to refurbish this vintage beauty before I hit the road," says Goran, adding the world tour was his post-retirement goal.

Goran was in Mangaluru with his close friend Jan Henrik Branmo, 60, also from Sweden. He set out from Sweden a few months ago and reached Mumbai two weeks ago from Iran via ship. He has travelled through all the European countries, Turkey and Iran.
