Suvidha Express specials on KR route for Velakanni Festival

Mangaluru: August 18, 2015: Konkan Railway will run Suvidha Express special trains on Konkan Railway route to clear extra rush of passengers during feast of Our Lady of Good Health at Velankanni festival between Vasco-Da-Gama and Velankanni in co-ordination with South Western Railway.

Train 02715 Vasco - Velankanni Suvidha express special train will leave from Vasco at 10.30am on August 27 and September 2. The train will reach Velankanni at 12.30pm next day. Train 02716 Velankanni - Vasco Suvidha express special train will leave Velankanni at 8.15pm on August 28 and September 3. The train will reach Vasco at 9.10pm next day.

Train 02717 Vasco - Velankanni Suvidha Express special train will leave from Vasco at 1.30pm on August 30. The train will reach Velankanni at 1pm on next day. Train 02718 Velankanni - Vasco Suvidha Express special train will leave from Velankanni at 8.15pm on August 31. The train will reach Vasco at 9.10pm next day.

Both the Suvidha Express special trains, with 16 coaches each, will halt at Majorda, Madgaon, Karwar, Kumta, Bhatkal, Kundapur, Udupi, Suratkal, Thokur, Mangalore junction, Kasargod, Kannur, Kozhikode, Shoranur junction, Palakkad, Coimbatore, Tirupur, Erode, Karur, Tiruchchirapalli, Tanjavur, Tiruvarur and Nagapatinam stations.
