Steps should be initiated to ensure that a legal provision that bans sale of tobacco and other products in 100 metre radius of educational institutions is strictly enforced in interest of student community.

A team of legal experts, social workers, research students, intellectuals should be setup to study the extent of drug dependency among youths in the district.
