Speeding bus kills elderly woman at Bikarnakatte

Mangaluru, Nov 02, 2017 : An elderly woman dies after being hit by a private bus while she was crossing the road at Bikarnakatte on November 02, Thursday.
The decased is identified as Lily Pinto(65) wife of Stany Pinto, an auto driver.
Reports said that Lily was on her way back from Infant Jesus Church at Bikarnakatte. She was knocked down by a speeding private on its way to Kulshekar, while she was crossing the road. She was garvely injured and breathed her last on the spot.
She is survived by husband and three children.
Case has been registered in Mangaluru east police station.
