Social activists on mission to close potholes on city roads

Mangaluru, Nov 19, 2019:  Gilbert D’Souza, a businessman with the help of social activists filling potholes and taking up patch works at various  places of the city where roads dotted with potholes have made it difficult for motorists.

 

 

Without waiting for the MCC  to act, the team was found closing the potholes and  replacing the displaced interlocks at Jyothi Circle and some other places on November 19, Tuesday.

Police commissioner Dr P S Harsha also visited the spot and appreciated the leadership skills of Gilbert.

Traffic police personnel also joined them by regulating the traffic.
