Udupi, Oct 25, 2018: Former chief minister Siddaramaiah has said that Udupi MP Shobha Karandlaje was day dreaming that Yeddyurappa would become the Chief Minister.
Speaking to reporters at Nagur on October 25, Thursday, he said the Coalition government in the state was safe and there was no chance for Yeddyurappa to become Chief Minister.
Both Shobha and Yeddyurappa are engaged in telling lies, he said and exuded confidence that the coalition candidates would win all five constituencies where bye-elections will be held.
Siddaramaiah further said the JD(S) and Congress have forgotten all differences and are fighting the elections unitedly. He also stated that the alliance would continue even during the Lok Sabha elections. Defeating BJP is our aim. he said.
