Several enthusiasts take part in Pilikula Aati Koota

Mangaluru, August 4, 2019: Several enthusiasts had gathered at the Guthu House at Pilikula Nisargadhama to participate in the annual Aati Koota on August 4, Sunday.

Speaking on the occasion, Jayaprakash Bhandary, Director of Pilikula said the Aati Koota which is being organised at Pilikula since the past 10 years has been getting good response from the public.

Such events go a long way in creating awareness among youngsters on the culture and traditions of Tulunad, he added.

District Kannada Sahitya Parishat President Pradeep Kumar Kalkura, Moodbidri MLA Umanath Kotian and others were present.

A spread of delectable Aati delicacies including Halasina Gatti, rice laddu, Patrade, Gaarige etc were served to the guests.
