Mangaluru, July 03, 2018: For the first time in Mangalore, a session on Aqua-Meditation  (Jala Yoga), workshop on Contemporary Dance and Dance Fitness Party is being organised by Navaras, a city cultural organisation at Hotel Moti Mahal in the city on July 7 and 8.


Dance Fitness.

The two days of intense activities which is intended to provide inputs on general wellness through dance and movements,  will be facilitated by International trained and certified dance choreographer C K Raghavendra.

While the Aqua-Meditation or Jala Yoga session will be held for two hours on Sunday morning  (July 8), the workshop on Contemporary Dance will be spread over two days of three hours each. DanceAtomy, a new concept in Dance Fitness, simply called Dance Fitness Party, will be held on Sunday evening.

The sessions focus on various aspects of self awareness, self healing, general wellness and stress relief through the medium of dance and movements. The Jala Yoga or Aqua-Meditation will help the participants to practice a simple regime which can be practiced by swimmers and even non swimmers, informed Sachitha Nandagopal, Founder Director of Navaras informed.
