Senior Citizens Must Forget Their Age - Lizzie Pereira

Vishwas, an organization that focuses on the welfare of the elderly in Mangalore, celebrated World Elders’ Day.

The chief guest was Lizzie Pereira. She spoke to the elderly and advised them to develop a high-quality life style, without taking into consideration the fact that they are aged. She informed them that they should participate in various games and activities that sharpen their minds. This will help them live a life of quality and dignity. Senior citizens, said Ms. Pereira, should not worry about the fact that they are aged. Instead, they should throw themselves heart and soul in creative activities.
