Mangaluru, June 20, 2020:   The body of a  man from Talapady Devipura  has been reported missing from near Netravathi bridge in Ullal on Friday afternoon has been traced in the river on Saturday morning.  Members of Kings Star Uliya who saw the body floating had  retrieved it from the river.

The missing person is Surendra (45). He was working as a security guard at a private hospital in Mangaluru. 

It is learnt he was an alcoholic.  His mobile phone has been found on the bridge. His wife too is working as security guard at a hospital in Mangaluru. However the reason behind the suicide is not known.
