SKSSF seeks CBI probe into Shringeri shoot-out case

Mangalore, April 26, 2014: “If the ANF had killed Kabeer merely because he was transporting cattle, in that case what should be the punishment to   the former ministers who watched blue films in the Assembly?” questioned SKSSF leader Maulana Abdul Aziz Darimi.

Speaking at a protest organised by the SKSSF in front of the DC office in the city on April 25, Friday demanding the handing over of the Kabeer shoot-out case to the CBI, he charged the police of having a nexus with communal outfits as was revealed from the Shringeri incident.

Anees Kausari Puttur, another leader said the minorities were facing a sense of insecurity following the incident and demanded a thorough and impartial probe into the same.

Umar Darimi Salmara, Saleem Handelu,  Sayyed Sharafuddin, Hyder Darimi Kalladka, Ashraf, Deviprasad Shetty and others participated in the protest.
