SCDCC Bank polls : Chairman M N Rajendra Kumar backed candidates win all 16 posts of Directors

Mangaluru, Mar 23 2019: Candidates of SCDCC Bank’s Chairman Dr. M.N. Rajendra Kumar have created a record by winning elections to all the 16 posts of Directors of the Management Board of the Bank. Candidates of Sahakara Bharathi who had contested for 14 seats have been defeated.

The elections were held at the Bank’s Head office at Kodialbail with Assistant Commissioner Ravichandra as the Election Officer.

The winning candidates are Bhasker S Kotian, Vinaykumar Soorinje, K Harishchandra, S Raju Poojary, M Mahesh Hegde, Deviprasad Shetty, B Ashok Kumar Shetty, K S Devaraj, Shashikumar Rai, M Vadiraj Shetty, B Niranjan, T G Rajaram Bhat, Monappa Shetty Ekkar, K Jairaj B Rai and S B Jayaram Rai.

Dr. M. N. Rajendra Kumar who expressed his pleasure over the victory of the candidates backed by him, has assured to strive for the further progress of the Bank if he gets an opportunity to serve the Bank as its Chairman for the sixth time in a row with the consent of all the Directors.
