Rationalist Nayak’s complaint against practitioner of ’dynamic science’

Mangaluru, Oct 15, 2015: FIRA pesident Narendra Nayak filed a complaint under "drugs and magic remedies objectionable advertisements act." Nayak accused a person to be a quack saying he has opened his shop at Bengaluru and put details on Facebook claiming 99% cure. Nayak said such claims cannot be made even by the most advanced facilities in this world. "If this were to be true it would be a revolution indeed and a life-saving therapy for millions of cancer affected people. But, if it were false it should invite criminal prosecution for the claimant identified as ’Dr’ Shaji V Kudiat," said Nayak.

When contacted Dr Shaji said he had a BHMS degree from Homeopathic Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, MD in Homeopathic Philosophy from Vinayaka Missions Homeopathy College, Salem, PG Diploma in yoga from Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu and also PG certificate in counselling from St Theresa’s College, Ernakulam. "I combined all these three (homeopathy, yoga and Counselling) on the basis of a new scientific hypothesis called "Dynamic science", which is a judicious application of the three. In some cases, surgery is recommended but conducted outside. 

He said DNA and Vital force are interconnected. "The problem with cancer is with material philosophy which is the base of science. The conclusions they derive is incomplete. They destroy tumour and fail to identify the root cause which produced the tumour. WE try to identify the cause," he added.

Dr Shaji who has been practising from past four years in, Ramamurthy Nagar, Bengaluru said he had recently come to Mangaluru to attend Cancer Conference at Fr Muller College.

Nayak said: the person claims to be practicing something called "Dynamic science" which is not listed under any system of evidence based medicine or under AYUSH. He claims to be a homeopath and if he practices anything else it would mean cross practice which amounts to malpractice. Again, it is a criminal offense amounting to cheating.    "I’ll wait and see. I’m a licenced practitioner and qualified person," said Dr Shaji.
