Railway customer week - officials interact with passengers

Mangaluru, June 1, 2015 : According to a press release of may 30, Saturday, as part of "Railway Yatri Upbhokta Pakhwada" (Rail Passenger and Customer Facilitation Fortnight), Sanjay Gupta, Director (Operations) of Konkan Railways, and Bindu Muralidharan, Regional Railway Manager, Karwar, interacted with passengers at Udupi Railway Station.

Railway customer week - officials interact with passengers At the interaction and gathering , passengers came up with suggestions to improve passengers amenities at the railway stations.

The authorities gave an attentive ear abd promised to look into matters raised.

Passengers said they were happy about the cleanliness maintained at stations on the Konkan route but other points raised gave a negligent feeling and need to be tackled. Generally there was good rapport at the meeet.
