Puttur man found dead near Thokkottu railway track

Mangaluru, Nov 13, 2017: A man hailing from Samethadka in Puttur was found dead on the railway track at Thokkottu on November 13, Monday.
The deceased has been identified as Damodar (40), based on the ID card found in the pocket . The ID card mentions that Damodar was the son of Jogi Moolya.
The suspicion is that he might have been run over by a train while crossing the track. However, it is not yet clear as to why he had come to Thokkottu.
