Puttur: Rajadhani Jewelry shootout, four detained

Mangaluru June 21, 2016: Puttur Police  succeeded in detaining four person and able to crack the Puttur Rajadhani Jewellery shootout  case on October 6 2015, informed Superintendent of Police Bushan Roa Borase.

Addressing to the press meet at SP office today June 21 Tuesday he said that on October 2015 some miscreants attacked Rajadhani Jewellers by firing three bullets to the shop led to its damage. During the investigation empty cartridge and pellets has been recovered from the spot

Arrested have been identified as Kalia Rafiq, Mohammed Hanif, Abdul Asir and Mohammed Anwar. Three accused are absconding among them are Kali Yogesh ,Ramiz Raja and Fayaz, it is said that Kali Yogesh is the master mind behind this attack.

The crime was planned in the jail by Kalia Rafiq, Mohammed Hanif along with Fayaz, Anwar and Ramiz Raja and executed the crime

Motor Cycle and Alto Car has been recovered from the arrested. Mohammed Hanif was involved in various crimes and cases have been registered in Mangaluru, Talapady, Vitla, and Konaje.  High level is been formed to detain remaining three accused.

The operation was carried out by the ASP Rishyanth, Police Inspector Mahesh Prasad, Puttur Town Police Station Inspector Abdul Khader, ASI Panduranga, Venkataramana Gowda and other head constables. Higher officials appreciated the efforts put up for cracking the case and announced a reward of 25,000
