Puttur, Dec 22, 2023: Two persons sustained injuries in a collision between a Marti Omni and an Alto car at Kallega in Nehru Nagar of Puttur on December 21, Thursday.
An artiste was returning to Puttur after a Yakshagana performance when his vehicle was hit by the Alto car. As the car was at great speed it even hit a bus which was parked nearby. The artiste as well as a passenger in another car were injured in the mishap.
The car passenger is said to have sustained serious injuries and has been admitted to a hospital in Mangaluru.
