Pumpwell flyover issue : MP Nalin seeks report from NHAI

Mangaluru, May 02, 2020:   Dakshina Kannada MP Nalin Kumar  Kateel   visited the Pumpwell flyover along with National Highway Authority  of India officials  following the recent reports of cracks being developed in the newly build flyover. The  MP has instructed the NHAI officials to  submit a report  after getting the quality of the flyover works assessed by a third party.

It may be recalled here that the protective wall of the flyover  had developed cracks last week, the very next day after there was a heavy rainfall. Though the cracks have been repaired, the development has  been a cause of great concern.
