Mangaluru, Nov 17, 2016:  The DYFI stage protest against Colaco Hospital  today November 17, Thursday as they failed to accept the banned Rs500 and Rs 1000 notes as well as cheques from patients.

As per the Government notification they have extended the period upto 24 for acceptance of notes for the convenience so that they should face trouble.  The hospital refused the accept the notes as well as cheques during the payment of bills, which forced them to rage over hospital  and informed DYFI.


DYFI leader Imthiaz along with the members who reached the Hospital requested and approached the management . But they did not respond well ,then approached district health officer (DHO) Ramakrishna who said that he did not have any connection with it and hea was helpless in this case. Due to which they staged prtotest against the hospital.

DYFI State President Muneer Katipalla, DYFI Leader Imthiaz, Santhosh Kumar Bajal, Jeevanraj Kuthar, Sadique and others were  present during the protest.

When the Hospital do not accept it creates problem. People’s inconvenience will rage them over the management .
