Progress works during my tenure as CM will help party win LS polls : Yeddyurappa

Kundapur, April 13, 2014 :  The developmental programmes initiated by me in the state during my chief ministership will play a complementary role in the victory of the BJP in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, said former chief minister and BJP candidate from Shimoga BS Yeddyurappa.

 Speaking to reporters  at the helipad near Koteshwara  during his arrival for campaigning in Byndoor on April 12, Saturday, Yeddyurappa said  his tour in 26 Lok Sabha constituencies in the state has proved that the tide was in favour o the BJP and that the people want Modi to be the prime minister.

Yeddyurappa said just as the presence of the sun and the moon are true, it is equally true and confirmed that Modi will be the next prime minister.

Stating that Shobha Karandlaje will emerge victorious form Udupi, Yeddyurappa said  Shobha will  win over one lakh votes against her rivals in Chikmagalur alone.

Vikramarjun Hegde, Udupi District BJP President, Rajesh Kaveri, Kundapur unit chief of the party, K Lakshminarayana, former MLA and others were present.
