Plaint against Minister Rai for poll code violation

Bantwal, Mar 31, 2018: BJP leader Ramdas Bantwal has lodged a complaint with the Bantwal Election Officer against DK District in-charge Minister Ramanatha Rai for violating poll code of conduct by holding a meeting without permission and then seeking votes.
It was alleged that Rai convened the meeting at Pallamajalu in Bantwal Municipal limits. The meet was organised by Panemangalore Block Congress Committee. A complaint has also been filed in the local police station. The video recording of the meeting has been collected by election officials.
