People need not to worry about shortage of salt says UT Khader

Mangaluru, Nov 13, 2016: Minister for Food and Civil Supplies UT Khader said that, people need not worry about the shortage of salt as there is enough sufficient of salt in the market.

Addressing media at Circuit house on Sunday November 13 he said that, the rumors have spread about the shortage of salt and officials have visited the market in the district and they have not found any of such cases. If anyone found spreading rumors ,need to inform to the food department and stringent action will be taken against the rumor mongers.

Vendors might stock the materials and create shortage and gain more profit out of it. But the storage should not exceed more than 100 quintals for each commodity. In case if warehouses violate, strict action will be taken and materials will be seized, Khader warned.

Ullal Attack

Khader demanded to maintain peace after the series of attack at Ullal. This act is creating barrier between two religions and created hatred. Khader requested people to co-operate with Police to nab the culprit.
