In his letter, Modi praised Chowta for his dedicated service in the esteemed "Gorkha Regiment," renowned for its decisive operations within the Indian Army. Additionally, Modi commended Chowta’s notable contributions to literature and culture, particularly his instrumental role in organizing the Mangalore Lit Fest.

Expressing confidence in Chowta’s capabilities as a candidate, Modi affirmed, "I am certain of your active involvement in the development and welfare of the people of Dakshina Kannada district."

Modi underscored the significance of the upcoming election, urging voters to recognize its pivotal role in shaping the nation’s trajectory. He highlighted the strides made over the past decade and emphasized the continued efforts required for sustained development.

"Each vote cast in favor of the BJP will propel us towards a stable government and steer the nation towards development by 2047," Modi emphasized, urging voters to exercise their franchise early in the day to avoid the scorching summer heat.

Furthermore, Modi stressed the importance of grassroots campaigning, urging party workers to diligently focus on securing victory in every booth within the Lok Sabha constituency. He also prioritized the health and well-being of campaign workers amid their tireless efforts.

Meanwhile, Brijesh Chowta condemned the case against ABVP activists who protested the tragic killing of Neha Hiremath, a Hindu girl, in Hubballi. He criticized the Congress for its silence on the matter, suggesting tacit encouragement of extremism.

Echoing Chowta’s sentiments, Karkala MLA Sunil Kumar denounced the legal action against ABVP activists as unjustifiable, emphasizing the imperative of seeking justice for victims of violence.
