Mangaluru, July 7, 2019: Noted educationist and former headmaster of Rosario High School and Cascia School, Fr William Albert Fernandes, passed away on July 7, Sunday at the Senior Priests’ Home in the city. He was 84 years of age.

Fr William who hailed from Kirem near Kinnigoli was ordained as priest in 1960. He later served as Assistant Parish Priest in Bejai and also   as priest at churches in Shirva, Sullia, Kulur, Belthangady, Agrar, Tannirbavi and other places.

Funeral will be held at Valencia Church on Monday at 4.00pm.
