NMAMIT inaugurates student activities for the year

Nitte Sep 9, 2011 :  Dr. H. V. Sudhakar Nayak, the registrar (evaluation) of Nitte University, inaugurated various technical branch associations for 2011 – 12 at NMAM Institute of Technology, Nitte.

 

 

 

 

Speaking about the importance of associations, he said that they form channels for students to showcase their hidden talents and to harness their energy for social welfare. He also urged students not to limit their association activities to inaugurals and valedictory functions, but to conduct a number of useful programmes.

Dr. S. Y. Kulkarni administered the oath to the office bearers of all the associations and said in his presidential address that students must conduct many programmes related to placements. Congratulating the office bearers, he said that they can rest assured of 100 percent support from the college teaching staff and the management in organizing various activities. He also welcomed the engineering students of the third semester.

The heads of various departments, office bearers of branch associations, and students were present.
