Mustering and dispatch of DK polling booth teams commences from Rosario

Mangaluru, May 11, 2018: The DK district mustering center at Rosario grounds, Pandeshwar, Mangaluru, has commenced this morning to be ready for polling tomorrow May 12, Saturday.

Polling officials, security personnel and other concerned officials, from various places in Karnataka, have gathered at Pandeshwar on the grounds of Rosario where they are formed into designated teams, about 2000 in number, for each of the polling booths across DK district. Vehicles are parked - Buses, vans, cars and so on allotted to each polling booth, identified by numbers and are transporting the teams along with EVMs. VVPATs and all needed equipment, documents and know how in an organised secure manner over seen by DK DC and senior officials.

The poll booth personnel are generally of the opinion that all arrangements are good and well in place to commence polling efficiently at their respective polling booths tomorrow morning and are confident of the arrangements.
