Muslims sow solidarity with Christians; gather outside Milagres Church

Mangaluru, May 5, 2019: In a show of solidarity, several members of the Muslim community gathered outside the Milagres Church during the Sunday Mass on May 5.

Muslim brethren were seen holding placards with writings such as "Terrorism has no Religion," "From Newzealand to Srilanka we are united in peace," "Muslims are with Christians" etc.

Even members of the Christian community who visited the Church for the mass   pledged their support to the Muslim Community by saying "We are With You."

Church Parish Priest Fr Valerian D’Souza appreciated the  unique way through which the Muslim Community displayed its solidarity with Christians.

KCCI President P Abdul Hameed, Mansoor Ahmed  of Azad Group and many others were present.
