Murder Revenge: 32-year-old man brutally assaulted by three miscreants in Ullal

Ullal: September 10, 2015: A gang of three miscreants mercilessly assaulted a 32-year-old man after ramming their car into his two wheeler near Chembugudde village in Ullal on Thursday.

 

 

 

The injured Lancy D’souza (32) was rushed to a private hospital by the locals after he was found lying on the ground.

The incident occurred when D’souza was returning home on his scooter at 5 pm.

A gang arrived in a white swift car and deliberately rammed their car into his two-wheeler. As D’souza managed to escape from the collision, the miscreants got off the car and attacked mercilessly with the lethal weapon.

According to the sources, D’Souza was involved in the murder case of Hindu Jagarna Vedike activist Yathish Poojary in 2004. He was behind bars and he got out on the bail two weeks back,

It is suspected that the attack may be connected to this case. The police arrived at the spot and found machetes and sickles inside the car.

The police have registered a case and have taken up the investigation
