Mulki Businessman gets threat call from gangster Ravi Pujari

Mulki, April 7, 2015: Mangalore City Police has registered one more case against Monaco based under world operative Ravi Poojary alias Ravi Prakash Poojary following complained by Mulky Lions Club office bearer Harish Puthran.

Ravi Poojary has been calling Harish Puthran’s mobile number through internet phone connectivity for the last six days demanding a huge sum of rupees five crore as security money and threatened dire consequences if he failed to do so, the complaint said.

He started calling on March 29, 2015 around 9.30 pm and threatening calls continued to rang up till the midnight of April 6, 2015 and Puthran, a Mulky based Civil Contractor, filed a written complaint to the police. The Mulky Police has registered FIR against Poojary and several others.

The complainant has suspected involvement of three local people said to be aides of Ravi Poojary behind these threat calls.

Ravi Poojary, who hails from Thane in Maharashtra but speaks Tulu and English very fluently, former associate of Dawood Ibrahim and Chota Rajan, running extortion racket and number one fugitive in the list of Karnataka Police.
 
He claims himself as Hindu under world don after falling apart from Dawood soon after the bid on life of Chota Rajan by D company. Now, he shifted his base to Monaco, a sovereign city-state located on the French Riviera in Western Europe. It is bordered by France on three sides; one side borders the Mediterranean Sea.
