Moodbidri : Student keeps illness a secret, dies

Moodbidri, July 30, 2018: A college student who had kept her illness a secret from her family  members had died after her  condition aggravated  on July 28, Saturday evening.

The deceased girl is Yakshitha (19), a second year B.Com student of Siddakatte first grade college. She was a resident of Neerkere  near Ashwathapura.

It has been gathered that she was  suffering from diabetes and  blood pressure issues since some time but had not  told about  it to her family members.

However, when she did not  attend college for two days owing to ill-health she was rushed to a private hospital in Mangaluru.

However by then her blood pressure had dipped and even her diabetes problem had aggravated resulting in her death.
