Mangaluru, Feb 1, 2015 : Mohtisham Complexes Pvt Ltd, leading real estate developer of the region, celebrated its 25th anniversary at a glittering ceremony on January 31, Saturday. The Mohtisham Ivory Residential Complex was inaugurated to coincide with the occasion. Former union minister M Veerappa Moily unveiled the 25th anniversary logo of Mohtisham on the occasion.
Former minister BA Moideen inaugurated Ivory Enclave while another former minister J Krishna Palemar inaugurated Ivory Club. MLC Ganesh Karnik along with Corporator Abdul Ravoof, former MLC Masood and CREDAI Mangaluru Chief Pushparaj Jain inaugurated Ivory Tower while Nigam Vasani inaugurated solar lighting facility.
State Minister for Higher Education and Tourism RV Deshpande launched Mohtisham Builders’ Coral Apartment Project.The brochure of Cresent Apartments was launched by MLA Moidin Bava while Mangaluru Mayor Mahabala Maarla launched Galleria Complex.
