Vinayak who is the son of  Shivakumar and Sakamma couple of Shaktinagar was reportedly missing from an apartment at Bejai since November 8. Madan had telephoned Vinayak’s parents on November 15 to inform about his missing. The parents had subsequently lodged a complaint at Urva police station suspecting the role of Madan behind the missing of their son. They had even moved a habeas corpus petition in the high court following which the  court had directed the cops to trace Vinayak  and produce him before the court.

Accordingly the Urwa police will now produce him before court today.

Vinayak’s parents are happy to get back their son and inform that the cops have told them that their son is working for a good company at Kochi.
