Missing woman found with drug addicts; rape case filed

Kasargod, Mar 14, 2018: A woman who was missing since five days is now traced and was found in the company of a gang of drug addicts.  The woman is learnt who have made certain explosive revelations on drugs trafficking and consumption in the district during enquiry by the police.

 

The woman was married to a Gulf employed man just six months ago. After marriage, her husband had travelled to the Gulf again. Recently the woman had left her husband’s place stating she would visit her parental family but had gone missing.

Just as the police began probe she was spotted with two engineering students studying in a college in Mangaluru. It is said both were drug addicts. She was later taken to the station  where she had revealed how she was addicted to drugs while studying in Plus Two class at Kasargod. She also stated how  six other girls of her class were also addicted to drugs and how they used to travel to  Mangaluru   with  boys of their  class and  consume drugs in beaches.

The two students who were with her have also been taken to custody. As per her complaint police have filed case of rape, illegal confinement  and threat against three students. Search is on for the other accused.
