Manipal, Aug 27,2015  :  Dr Rajarajan Murugaiyan (30) had left the Manipal University Library at 10.30 p.m. on August 24, and was absconding since then. A missing complaint had been registered at Manipal police station.

According to the Manipal police, Dr. Murugaiyan had got a message that his mother was not ill and he straight away left Manipal to Coimbatore without informing anyone.


Though the authorities of Manipal Unviersity tried to contact him, he could not be reached on his cell phone as its battery had run out.


They then registered a police complaint.  As per reports police stated  Dr. Murugaiyan had called his colleagues August 26  and said that he was in Coimbatore, the matter is now settled.
