Mangaluru, Jan 13, 2024: The 42nd state level masters Athletic Championship was inaugurated at the Mangala Stadium in the city on January 13, Saturday by State Minister for Sports and Youth B Nagendra.
The event is jointly organized by Karnataka Masters Athletics Association and Dakshina Kannada Masters Athletic Association.
The two-day event is being participated by thousands of athletes in the age group of 30 and 90 from 31 districts.
Mayor Sudhir Shetty Kannur, former MLC Ivan D’Souza and others were present.
