Maravoor drowning case: Bodies of 2 youth traced at Tannirbavi

Mangaluru, July 8,2016: The bodies of two youth named Avinash (26) and Jaison (24) who had reportedly drowned in the River Phalguni at Maravoor dam, were traced at Tannirbavi on July 7, Thursday. Both the bodies were partially decomposed and were found bitten by river creatures.

Both had reportedly drowned on Tuesday. They were accused in the case of murder of dreaded criminal Bejai Raja at Falnir on December 1, 2012. The hearing of this case is still underway in the court.

The bodies were handed over to the families after a post-mortem.
