Manipal, Nov 09, 2015: According to police, case of chain snatching was reported on November 7.
One Saku V. Kamath was walking at Vibudha Priya Nagar when a person came on a motorcycle, stopped her and asked for the address of a flat.
Even as she was saying that she did not know it, the person snatched her two gold necklaces and sped away. At a little distance later, he was joined by another person.
The value of the two necklaces is estimated at Rs. 2 lakh. A case had been registered. .
