Mangaluru: Unidentified assailants make vain bid to loot Muthoot Finance Office

Mangaluru, Dec 05, 2015: An attempt to loot the Muthoot Finance office  at Kulai  near Suratkal by some unidentified assailants  at gun point has been reported on December 5, Saturday morning.

 

 

The strangers who arrived  by a Maruti Omni   reportedly threatened the office staff by pointing pistols at them. Sources said the  suspected dacoits made good their way  when the siren  sounded.

This futile bid to loot the finance company at a time when the SK Goldsmith Co-operative Bank burglary case of Kinnigoli  is still afresh in public minds, has created a sort of panic among locals.
