Mangaluru: Tempo driver assault case ; Four arrested

Mangaluru, Jul 12, 2017 : Four arrested by City Crime Branch(CCB) police in connection with the assault on Tempo driver in Ullal on July 11, Tuedsday.

arrest 12 july17 A complaint was registered in Ullal police station by Austin Monterio that those in the Ford car wanted to overtake his tempo when they could not have their way they stabbed the driver with knife and fled away from the spot.

Basis of the complaint by the victim orders were issued by police commissioner T R Suresh, and under the directions of DCP’s Shantharaju and Hanumantharaya. The team guided by ACP Valentine D’Souza, led by CCB inspector Sunil Y Naik intercepted the car near Kallugundi in Sullia and took all the four into custody.

The arrested are identified as Jalaluddin (28)of Melangady, Ullal, Arfan (25) of Someshwar, Jafar Sadik (20) of TC Road, Ullal, and Muzzambil (22) of Talapady.

Investigations are underway.

Thanks to police department done wonderful job. Even with the simple clue the police nab the accused. They have to punished severely as the district is already in tension and these issues make public panic more....

The police will trace the accused on the basis of very simple clue too, hence there was no necessity for these the get into conversation which has led to this .
