Mangaluru : Police arrest trio in Kavoor Mohammad murder case

Mangaluru, Oct 12, 2015: Police investigating into the case of murder of Mohammad of Ambikanagar in Kavoor recently have succeeded in arresting three accused on October 11, Sunday.

arrestThe accused namely Imran (23), Nasir (31) and Kalandar Shafi (23) were arrested  at the KSRTC bus stand.


They were produced before the judge and remanded to judicial custody till October 27. All the three hailed from Kunjathbail area in the city.

It has been gathered that Mohammad was murdered while he was returning home after visiting the house of a neighbour named Iqbal on October 14, Wednesday night. Sources said  that some previous enmity was the reason behind the murder.
