Mangaluru : Movie ’Jai Tulunad’ hits silver screen

Mangaluru, Jan 15, 2016: Latest Tulu movie ’Jai Tulunad’ was released at a ceremony held at Suchitra Theatre in Mangaluru on January 15, Friday. Eminent Tulu theatre director Vijay Kumar Kodialbail launched ’Jai Tulunad’ which happens to be the first Tulu movie to be released in 2016. The film is produced by NRI entrepreneur Frank Fernandes and is being screened in 11 theatres in DK and Udupi districts from today.
Speaking on the occasion, Vijay Kumar Kodialbail hoped that the movie which has come out well would be appreciated and supported by movie fans in the district.
Frank Fernandes, producer of the movie who also spoke, said he decided to produce the movie with an intention of contributing something to his home district.
Shivanna, Assistant Producer of the movie, Praveen Thokkottu, Director, lead star cast Sonal Monteiro, Avinash Shetty, Shreya Kanchan and many others were present.
