Mangaluru, February 22, 2017: Ranjith, Cochin Bakery’s Chief of Operations in Mangaluru passed away this morning due to cardiac arrest. It is learned that he developed breathing difficulty early this morning and was rushed to hospital, where he breathed his last. He was aged 52 years and he leaves behind his mother and wife. He was a member of Rotary Club of Mangaluru South.
Better known by his nickname ‘Thadiyan’, he was a popular and familiar face of Cochin Bakery in Mangalore. He had been associated with Cochin Bakery since the time it first ventured into the city. He had helped establish it in Mangaluru and was responsible for its rapid expansion to three outlets in the city.
His mortal remains will be transported to his native Calicut and funeral will be performed there.
