angaluru May 27, 2016: Land trade Builders and developers “Maurishka Palace received enhanced rating of Mangalore 6 Stars from CRISIL which is India’s leading rating agency. Proprietor of Land trades Srinath Hebbar received the certification of “Mangalore 6 Stars” from the Director of CRISIL Sathish Ramchandani.
Speaking on the occasion at Hotel Deepa Comforts today Friday May 27, After handing the certification Director of CRISIL Sathish Ramchandani said that Land traders is few among to be conferred with six stars. Rating is just an output but the positive intent has seen in Srinath Hebbar where lot of hard work is put up by his team.
He also said that, In the process of evaluating there are five parameters such as sponsor quality, track record of the developers, legal documents, financial aspect, construction aspect and finally the innovation aspect in which the land traders conferred with six stars.
This new rating is an upgrade from its earlier rating of Mangalore 5 stars, accorded by CRISIL to the same project during construction stage. Independent Quality Audit both before and after completion of a project is yet another first by land trades and reflects all abiding commitment to optimum customer satisfaction.
CRISIL real estate star ratings are based on the eight point scale that is specific to the city. The ratings are awarded after all round assessment of the projects which addresses in two critical needs in the reality sector improved transparency and objective bench marking of projects to help buyers to identify quality projects within their city.
