Mangaluru, July 25, 2019: The Dengue menace is continuing to spread its tentacles in the district with 32 more cases of Dengue reported on Wednesday.
If 31 cases were reported from Mangaluru taluk, one person from Bantwal is suspected to be suffering from Dengue fever.
Meanwhile, the district administration, Department of Health and MCC are striving their level best to check the menace of the disease and have taken precautionary measures at several affected areas.
Those neglecting cleanliness and those failing to prevent stagnation of water that leads to mosquito breeding are fined on the spot ranging from Rs 5,000 to Rs 20,000.
